A couple things, though:
1. No porn / warez or illegal sites. Don't waste your time submitting these types of sites. We review this list everyday.
2. The more traffic you send, the higher your site will be on the list.
3. Small sites are welcome, too. We try to make room for everybody on every page.
4. At the beginning of each month, everyone goes back to zero. (The beginning of the month is probably the best time for you to send lots of traffic and get to the top of the list.)
